RETURNS / CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

I'm confident that you will love your purchases, however, I also understand that buying homewares online can be tricky. I want to ensure you will have the best possible shopping experience to bring your space/s to life. 

If you find your purchase isnt the right colour, size, texture or style for your space, contact me at The Coastal Home Colour Design within three (3) business days of receiving your item/s and I will work with you to arrange a return for refund. You can return your item/s within 14 days of receiving them.

Please note that all postage costs on items returned, change of mind item's are to paid for by you (the customer).  The Coastal Home Colour Design will only over costs of returned item/s that have been proven faulty as per Australian Consumer Law. 

To be eligible for a refund, the item/s must be in the same condition as you received them. That means item/s must be in it's original packaging,the  tags still attached and must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.  Returned items that do not meet Returns/Change of Mind/Faulty returns policy criteria will not be accepted for refund.  Once approved, the refund will be within 48 hours to the same credit care or payment option used to purchase the item/s. The benefit given to our customers under the Returns/Change of Mind Policy is in additicion to other rights and remedies under Australia Consumer Law. 

FAULTS AND DAMAGES 

Purchased goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other resonably foreseeble loss or damage caused by the product in terms of return shipping/delivery/postage. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and email The Coastal Home Colour Design immediately if the item has a fault, is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem, ideally within 3 days of receiving your delivery. The Coastal Home Colour Design will endeavour to replace or refund the item for you ASAP.  Any faults or damages will be resolved on a case by case basis and we will work with you assess the most suitable action required to remedy the issue.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, The Coastal Home Colour Design does not offer exchanges on products. Simply return your items in accordance with our Returns / Change of Mind Policy and place a new order.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S

To start a return, please email The Coastal Home Colour Design at hello@kimpassmore.com.au

  1. Include your name, order number and reason for your return request. 

  2. The Coastal Home Colour Design will respond to you within 2 days to provide destails of the next steps.

  3. Repack your item/s in it's orginial packaging, then print and stick a returns label to the box/package. 

  4. Arrange return postage ensuring it is trackable. The Coastal Home cannot be liable for item/s lost in transit

  5. Once your returned items have been received and approved for refund, you will be notified in writing with 72 hours.

  6. Arrangment for refund will be initiated. 

It is strongly recommend using a registered shipping method so you can track your order. The Coastal Home Colour Design cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
